Who will see my address, purchase/sale date, price?
No one will. Well, actually, we at What-Customers-Say.com will have that information stored securely, but we will not share it and it will not appear on the site.
We use the purchase/sale date and pricing information you provide to help us determine what Sales Performance score the real estate agent you rate has earned. It's all factored in to a score that will be displayed - but your actual info will never be displayed.

Why do you need this information?
To protect customers who review their real estate agents... and to protect agents.
- Protecting Customers - If you leave a review that your agent doesn't 'appreciate', your agent may contact us to have the review pulled down. But we want to keep all legitimate reviews up - the good and the bad. So we'll ask your agent to provide us with sales/purchase records (with names and private details removed), and we'll check for the address & prices you provided and compare those to the agents records. If info that closely matches yours is there, the review stays.
- Protecting Real Estate Agents - Sometimes people will leave reviews that are fraudulent. Such reviews are against our Terms & Conditions... but we know they may happen. We are prepared to pull down any review that an agent proves to be fraudulent (e.g., composed by a competitor) - plain and simple. (See above point for how we do that.)

Will my real estate agent be able to identify me?
Enter a screen name during account creation (at the end of this process). That way, only your screen name will show up, and personal information about you will be kept absolutely private.
